Our rental charges are set out below and are excellent value for such superior quality accommodation. The prices shown are per week and for the villa not per person.
Included in the price of your stay are the following:

- HD cable TV in every bedroom with over 300 channels
- DVD players and selection of Blue-Ray & DVDs in both the Family room and Loft area.
- Bose entertainment systems with surround sound in Family room and loft
- PlayStation (with dedicated 42" TV and Bose Sound System)
- Access to the Clubhouse and use of all facilities, gym, communal pool, volleyball court, concierge service, children's play area and putting green and Internet access
- Free use of high/low-chair, stroller, car seat/carrier and travel cot (bedding not included)
Saturday changeover is preferred though we are flexible and alternative changeover days are available. Minimum stay is 5 days and stays of less than 7 days will incur a cleaning charge of £100 ($145) otherwise the after-stay clean is included in the weekly rate. Additional, interim cleans and maid service can be arranged upon request - additional charges apply for additional services. Please contact us for details.
Normal check-in time is 4pm and departure time is 10am. Early arrival or late check-out is only by prior arrangement and may be subject to additional charges.
* A BBQ can be provided upon request. In order to ensure the BBQ provided is clean and in good working order, BBQs are hired so each guest can be assured of equipment that meets our own high standards. For safety and cleanliness, BBQs must only be used outside of the screened pool deck area.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total (min £200/$360) is required to secure the booking.
A security deposit of £250/$400 is payable with the final balance. This will be refunded within approximately 2 weeks following departure (subject to the return of all keys/key-cards, and there being no inventory damage or specialist cleaning requirements.)
